I didn’t get home until 7:00 this evening, then marinated some chicken. Now, thanks to my husband, the chicken is sizzling on the grill. Grills are good friends. Grilling husbands are good to have. We still won’t eat until after 8:00. But the sun is still in our spring sky, the while wine is chilling, and the cilantro fettuccine that I bought at the farmer’s market last weekend is waiting for its sauce. Viva la nourrituregastronomique.
