Art Teacher Now Artist, Traveler, Etc.

The art teacher at my school retired but never slowed down for a minute. She began working on her art, sold some of it privately, showed her art at various venues, proudly invited friends and acquaintances to the openings, and traveled extensively both for pleasure and for gathering material for her paintings.

She and her significant other take trips to Asia, go on ski trips, and frequently visit family in various parts of the U.S.  When she isn’t traveling or painting, she is exercising five days a week. One of her favorite forms of exercise is dance. She and her fellow also love opera, theater, and movies. She’s sort of retired, but not tired–everything she does are things she loves. And she looks and acts more like 48 than 68!
